Make sure when you apply for the Sephora card to check that the employee entered the right information, otherwise, all your purchases will go to waste!

The term "customer is always right " does not apply here! I had an issue with my Sephora card and An employee raised her voice at me cause and I quote "you are keeping other customers waiting".

Sephora ... just all u need ! So much vareity !

One of my worst shopping experience! unqualified employees and very rude. The female employees really need intensive training because they seriously know nothing about what they are selling.

Sephora has great variety, but Sephora here is more expensive than the original Sephora!

Can i live here? Best branch

حلو وأحب اشتري منه بس اكره لقافة الموظفات للاسف يعني مره كنت داخله بشتري وانا عارفه درجتي ومجرياتها وخلتني اغير وأشتري فونديشن وبودر افتح من اللون الي استخدمه صار اللون مادري كيف ليت ماتتلصقو في الناس

صراحه احس منتجاتهم مو تمام كم مرة اشتري من عندهم بعض الماركات مو نفس جودتها ولكن بعض الماركات عادي زي هدى بيوتي وبنيفت وفنتي بيوتي لكن ديور وبيكا مو نفس الجودة اذا اشتريتها من نفس المكان والعطورماتثبت

اي حاجة مخلصة في الفروع الثانية حتلاقيها في دا الفرع ????

اسوأ فرع سيفورا دخلتو فحياتي.الموظفات غير متعاونات على الاطلاق،الكاشير فاضي حرفيًا ١٠ دقايق وقفت انادي الstaff، المعرض مافيه manger Or supervisor.تجاهل تام للزبون.لو فيه تقييم اقل من سيء اعطيهم هوا...
