I have to agree with Kristen G. The service I have gotten has been very slow and even rude. I have never had such awful service at a chic-fill-a, nor has it ever taken soooo long in drive thru . .

So far, the service here lacks that traditional Chik-fil-a personal feel. Disappointing.
