It's new people! Chillax ! There are a lot of people who want to try this place out and they are limited with space. Staff was Super Mario great, food was great, just have patience. Its a new place!
Insanely slow, be prepared to wait a long time even after your reservation . No other food in Super Nintendo Land, so be prepared!
Had to wait for 30 minutes after our reservation to even order, and then it took 45 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive, cold. Not worth the multiple waits.

Definitely pay for the early pass. It gives you an hour before Universal opens up to the general admission. And borrow a Power Up Band from someone if you can! - Charlene Naughton
