Bursting with modern Malaysian flavours, and packed with heart, soul and a whole lot of spice. A place where Penang street food, traditionally eaten with your hands, meets generous family style Nyonya feasts.

Ho Jiak is my current #1 restaurant in Sydney - obsessing. The Sang Wong Dan, Loh Bak, Mi Goreng and Char Koay Teow are all next level delish. Full review is now up on Spooning Australia.
Indomie Goreng Lobster is the special getting all the plaudits and soon to be a regular fixture on the menu. Great flavours and lots of lobster meat . Inchi Kabin (Nyonya chicken ) was great too.
Very authentic Malaysian food , tried the duck egg charkueytiao, salted egg squid and hainanchickenrice, all of them were sooooo good ???? Their charkueytiao is a must try! ????
If you’re craving authentic Malaysian food , save your airfares and head to Haymarket. The Indomie Goreng with salted duck egg is the best dish in Sydney full stop.
Nasi lament a complete winner. Also stir fried turnip cake is so good.
Food is pretty oily here and fairly pricy
A superb experience! Food, service and cost all exemplary!
All the food is fantastic and delicious
Used to be my "go to" place for a Malaysian food hit. But I think that standards have slipped (food and service) and the prices are too high.
Indomee goreng is extremely salty and oily that I couldn't finish it even though I was hungry
Min $15 purchase per person is applied.
A couple of vegan options here, and they're not bad
The hainanese chicken rice is great! Try the ayam goreng for an alternative. The silken tofu is yummy too. - Sabrina Hanim
Omg this is better than what i expected. No wonder why there 's always long queue. Not too sweet but fresh yoghurt drink, absolutely go there again - Tara jung
Definitely one of the best ice cream parlours in Darling Quarter. The tiramisu ice cream has thin layers of sponge cake - Jack Smith
