Sunset was incredible???? If it rains, go, take cushion to sit on. Show will only stop if electricity goes out. If it gets crazy, you can quickly go to School of Music building next to it to keep dry

2 levels of seating and an open air pavilion style create too much visual pollution to lose yourself in the work when sitting in upper gallery , so sit downstairs if possible.

It’s at the end of the dusk light sequence when the beauty of the evening sky comes through. Such rich shades of blue you might never have noticed before.

Funny, I remember this area of Rice before this installation was ever thought of. It's funny in a way to see this because the last time I was here, it was merely a field . Although I like it!

Missed the light show but still a unique architectural space.
