Fong Lye Taiwan Restaurant

Usually not a big fan of Chinese/Taiwanese dishes, but I would gladly make an exception 4 Fong Lye. Seafood claypot Tofu dish ???? and the basil in the Eggplant dish makes it flavorful & punchy.????

Nice food but got to deal with a lousy waitress . She may be a supervisor cause she's kind of bossy. 9 of us with a small pot of tea have to keep asking adding water, at the end tea become sky juice ????

One of my favourite places for Chinese dishes . 3 cups chicken is obviously the signature and all others are great too. Master of great flavours using diverse types of condiments and ingredients.

Prefer their stir fry lamb , 三杯鸡is a bit too salty, but the medium size is quite big compared to the stir fry lamb with medium size. Service is quite bad though as there're a lot of people.

My all-time favourite is the mixed porridge . The place is nicely renovated, still very full even after expanding to 2 shoplots.

I love their bran curd with hair gourd and green chives with minded meat

Reserve before arriving, allow ample time to find parking , and order "Lion's head"if you're not a vegetarian or vegan .

Damn during CNY, all item +RM2, yet they still wanna extra charge my vege (16->21) n egg (12->19). They giv a stupid excuse that egg is seafood +RM5

Try de salt n pepper prawns , it's good. U only end up with bad breath due to de garlic . Heehee!

Don't try the oyster omelette . It's yucky. The rest of the food are good.

At 3pm half way eating air cond off, ask to pay bill and don't accept credit card below rm100. Food maybe good but its not malaysian way

After complain to they, they dun even feel like they r wrong, like its not their fault, is my fault who order the egg . Please check your bill before leave.

Don't order the "Ma PoDou Fu 麻婆豆腐", it was like it was cooked with sweet chilly source. The "Sha Cha Beef/Lamb 沙茶牛肉/羊肉" was cooked with local satay source rather than the Taiwanese "SHA Cha Source沙茶醬"
