A nice spot to have lunch or a drink by the canals , especially during summer. Impressive building. Try a beer from Leiden!

The place looks and feels great. For Leiden standards the drinks and food are a bit overpriced, and I feel like the waiters are still learning. But: this could totally become a great place in Leiden.

Very nice beer selection , Hertog Jan focused. Standard bar snacks and staff seem to be over their growing pains. Be sure to explore and go more to the back as it is a nice looking space.

Welcome to the Waag. An old music hall (I think) turned restaurant . Wifi is a bit spotty, and food is average. But the interior design ? Gorgeous.

The building is the old weighing building from 1657 (Waag = weigh). Location is gorgeous, food medium. Turns into a grand cafe after dinner , good dj .

Sometimes you need a lot of patience before a servant comes to the your order.Last time we wanted to have a tea , but left after 15 minutes - before anybody payed attention to us, not even visual.

Beautifully decorated. That's the only nice thing to say. Very slow & confused staff . Order takes forever in an empty bar . WiFi limited use, no kids' corner. But most important: bland & boring coffee .

Leuk dat je Im de Waag bent. Bezoek jazz en wijncafé De Twee Spieghels op de Nieuwstraat 11 (vlakbij de Burcht)

Mooie nieuwe aanwinst voor Leiden. Groot opgezet, bediening is nog wat onervaren.

Het eten is ok, de bediening veel te langzaam. Wel leuke setting.
