There are 6 counters but only 3 open. One of the 3 seems to be doing some internal matters. Today's Friday the first week of the month before Ramadan. Wish they have common sense to open more... :(
Total disaster. Worst branch ever. Customer service nenek blur and slow like crazy. I do regret opening my account with cimb. Somehow they manage to group together at the same branch. Dayam

Really bad service here. Takes half an hour just to pay at the cashier . And the staffs work really slowly too. Wouldn't come back to this branch anymore.
One of the worst bank experience i've ever encountered. Stupidly slow! Took me 2 FREAKIN HOURS just to open a savings account !
Worst service ever, officer does not allow for account opening or credit card inquiry because 11 counter, only 1 working for the past 2 months...
