Excellent service throughout ur stay, fast wifi , clean and spacious rooms especially the grand deluxe with lots of tv channels. And a super comfy bed . Definitely worth the money ! Thumbs up !
Get here earlier for quick checkin before the afternoon ferry 's arrival. Taxi stand is more expensive , but mote comfort. Just go walk around and you'd get lower offer if cost is an issue.
Saturday's 'all you eat-buffet'... excellent choice food, fast service & friendly people. I love it!

Better to buy your ferry's ticket outside of the harbour because the price's gap was very high. Batam fast served many varieties of ferry's schedule from 9 am to 9:30 pm. - Naoki Ferrio
