The food is excellent though a bit pricey . The steak always is medium rare. Oxtail was rich but worth trying. Get the truffles for dessert to share.

I have to agree with the other tips left for this place. Order the mixed salad for entree and for main order the chuleton - it's amazing!

Sit at the counter and get the txuleton steak (order it medium or it'll still be mooing).

Memory tip: have to order “Chuleton de May”.

Me ha encantado la chuleta , de nuevo de las mejores que he comido. Y los boletus ... maravillosos. Precio medio, con un par de botellas de vino para 5, nos ha salido a 60€ por persona.

Comida de calidad con algún plato elevado de precio para la cantidad entrante(p.e. los boletus ). Estar en el centro de la villa también se paga...La tarta de hojaldre con mantequilla super super rica.

De las mejores chuletas de Bilbao. Amplia carta de vinos . Recomendable reservar .

Aunque la especialidad son las mollejas y el chuletón , el pescado también es extraordinario.
