First time at this location! Very nice & spacious . Tahita (hope I spelled her name correctly) was so pleasant & made me smile this morning!

Manager Aaron is awesome!!! And hilarious! I wish I lived around here and could come back more often!

The staff here makes this the friendliest Starbucks in the city !

Wow really they are so slow unbelievable for a nice Starbucks downtown I can't believe it took them 15 mins to make my ice coffee

This Starbucks was open during & immediately after Snowicane 2011 w/ a friendly & dedicated staff (2 females). Kudos to being open while the rest of the city was shut down.

The ongoing road construction outside this place reminds me of the old days when I lived in a Saharan desert war zone.

Typical cozy little Starbucks, personally La Colombe across the street is much better.

Only need go for a week or 2 and they already know your order and name, really nice people here.

Men's bathroom has a trick door; fools everyone b/c you have to pull hard to open, usu no one's really there! ;^)

starbucks on madison and morgan, west loop chicago is the best. in and out within 2 minutes.

This has become the slowest Starbucks. And the customer service is gradually getting worse. Sad.

Not up to par. Very slow and they need a louder person calling out the finished drinks.
