Rombauer has become famous for their Chardonnay , which has been served at many State dinners , at the White House and celebrity functions.
By appointment only, picnic friendly , breathtaking views . The Zinfandel was the stand out here. Have a glass and roam the grounds.
The Chardonnay is the best. The new sav blanc is great for summer. Never had a wine here I didn't enjoy.
Returned after 3 years to the tour ... amazing!! Love and definitely recommend

was disappointed since I had some high expectations for this place! it's okay but not an amazing winery you should go to. their zinfadel's are great but nothing else was memorable. rude employees.

When you do tasting here you get to keep the glass!
overpriced, overcrowded, and trying too hard - skip the visit (though the chardonnay is still great)
