If you do not have a laptop, do not try and sit down. They will kick you out. Also: if your laptop is a PC you will be judged by all the elitist MAC users. Bonus points if you have ear buds.

Absolutely love this location!! It's very roomy , not so small and stuffy like other Starbucks.

What happen to baristas making conversation with customers? There was No line . All I got was a "what would u like to drink today." 4 years with the company when it use to be busy, I still made convo.

The Caramel Apple Spice is delish! Also the hot cocoa with a bit of honey .

Their service is tooooooooo slow. One of the baddest Starbucks around Cincinnati. Every time I need to be on long line to order and wait for getting my drink long time!
