Reasonable rates in the hot season. We got a huge suite with full kitchen for the price of a regular hotel room elsewhere.
Ventana Canyon Resort has a great outdoor space near the pool...perfect for happy hour !

Overall a pretty great place to spend vacation.
The Ventana Vista area seems to be a blackhole for GPS. You have to drive a half a mile away in order for the GPS to see were you are. Otherwise, it just uses your last known location.
