Guys, at least put on a towel before you plop your ass on the leather couches in the locker room . What's wrong with you?
A little Sauna after the workout session is a "must do", very relaxing!
Premium $$ gym in the Northern Waterfront across from Levi’s HQ. Never busy with lots of amenities , but feels a bit dated. Plenty of locker room space and no wait for showers ever.
Definitely a great place to visit for people and/or squash watching, however the facility's equipment is a bit limited and the people who can afford to work out there certainly come off as entitled.
Try the "put your pants on before you sit on the couch in the locker room ", it's fantastic!
Great spot if like gratuitous octogenarian nudity in the locker rooms , broken lockers, and thieves. I don't, so I canceled. The old, naked, locker bandit may strike again!
Rick is an experienced, skilled masseuse with strong hands and does thorough work! Can't recommend him enough, find him in the sanctuary spa !
The best bike to cycle is on the second floor (zen floor) cardio room facing the pier
Thank you to the women who actually use a towel to cover their entire body and not just their torso as if they were men.
Take a yoga class with Betty Roi, she's great
Ask for Heather Stevens if you want to look on par w those celebs' Pilates bodies.
Squash and the weight rooms are great
Beware the mens steam room where lunges, groans and exfoliating in the buff are all fair game. Did I also mention blowdrying ur nether regions?
Bring your own yoga mat. I doubt they clean theirs....
You can check out iPads from the front desk to use during your workout
Basketball court is good. Hot tub needs servicing. Men please shower before going in the tub!
Tuesday cycle @ 5:30 with Gary - good music and you will work hard...time will fly.
Love squash ? Go there!
Great parent/tot swim class by Tricia!
Swimmers, visit on the weekend. Many empty lanes.
