Astonishing cuisine of Japanese and French fusion. One of the best meals ever had, definitely worth Michael 2* and could see it well become Michael3* in future.

Very innovative. My favorite was the "apple pie " (though I burnt my lips from the soup coming out of it). Lovely garden is another plus.

Some creative standout dishes on the tasting menu (apple pie , salad with 50 ingredients). However, service was very slow and the food was not as outstanding as expected for a top 50 in the world.

The service is attentive, interesting Japanese wine selection , excellent and innovative cuisine. Beautiful setting!
