Very nice hotel !! Convenient for early morning flights...you can walk to the airport ! Love the wine cantine! Have a look! Good steakhouse !
Comfortable room and great staff . Take a seat in the bar and watch the flying girl in the tower-wine cellar.
The rooms are amazing and customer service awesome. I was a bit confused about how to turn the lights on at first but once I figured that out I got to see just how cool the room was
Ask for a runway view if you can to watch the planes . The in-room TV 's also allow you to cast your own content like Netflix & YouTube.
Free internet to a max of 4 devices per room (you can ask for a voucher if you need more). Note that not all rooms have a great connection. We had be moved to a different room in order to connect.
Very luxury hotel , but not expensive . Big rooms with very big bed. The wine tower is beautiful!

Shame the Filini Italian place is gone. The new one is FAR less quality. And check your bill before you pay: mine had 2 beverages whilst I had 1 and 2 times the added 10% service charge instead of 1 !
Service at this hotel starts and stops with being next to the airport . You won't even get a smile on arrival.

Shocking service in the restaurant ! Waited over an hour just for a bowl of scratchings! Food 1hr 20mins! Manager walked off and never came bk! Couldn’t have another drink as no one to ask! Shocking!
Bar closes too early, no initiative to assist guests to make money for the hotel !

Customer Service is horrible! 1st experience in London and it was indeed the worst. Rude reception and staff . Breakfast was good but overpriced @ 18 pounds.
