This is always the Sbux I stop at between DC and Richmond. Not usually busy, friendly folks !

I drive from NC to MD a lot and this is a good "real" Starbucks to stop at. A lot of the other Richmond Starbucks seem to be tucked in malls or colleges.

Nice stop when traveling on I95 and the drive thru is great if you are in a hurry.

Dont sit in the sunny corner in the afternoon. Flies always collect there.

If you frequent other Starbucks locations, you are not going to like this one. Customer service here is awful. The one near VCC on Brook Road is much better and worth the extra couple miles drive.

I always get great customer service here. But the drive through is usually pretty slow.

Hit up the drive thru and pay with your smart phone!

This Starbucks is filthy. Overflowing trash can, cookies , other debris and forks on the floor. It's not rush hour or crowded , so there is no excuse. Clean up your act, you should be ashamed.

Poor service and a filthy bathroom..how does a bathroom get that dirty when they were only open 2 hours earlier? Easy they don't clean it... Ever!!!

I suggest avoiding this Starbucks and the employees as well .
