Not a Video Store , shelving was removed as part of their renovation. They focus on; hand held devices,mobile and cable service. The term ser is an elusive one as you'll have to wait and wait and...
Vincent the manager was apologetic for the wait. Yet languishing for 15 minutes just to find out what an up grade to another hand set will cost... Really???
Service wait is ridiculously long at 45 minutes. And NOT a first come first serve basis. Returning items are served last. Really bad service at this location. #rogersfail
Make that 25 minutes WAIT for a minute "appointment "!
