Ask for a front (riverside) room. Trains go past the rear side of the hotel all night, and aesthetic shades on that side are very noisy when it's windy.
Rear side of the hotel is really noisy because of trains all night long.. Internet is free, breakfast included. Stay for free with stopover by TAP Portugal.
Great location and good views . Problematic lifts that take too long to arrive. Ask for a room in the river side (the back is noisy cause of the train ).

Four star hotel going downhill over time. Breakfast area looks and feels like unpleasant cafeteria from the past for cheap bus travellers. Unpleasant experience.

Old hotel . Weak WIFI . We had electricity issues multiple times a day... and during 5 days... Plus, we had a room with a noisy train nearby.

Smell in corridors is awful, in room refrigerator and bathroom smell of mould, but didn't see any. staff is nice, but cleaning 's not perfect
First time here and LAST! Noisy rooms , small, smelly and terrible pillows . No wifi and internet is expensive . If you stay in this area go to Olissipo Oriente hotel same price but much better quality.
If you get rooms facing the train tracks , it will be noisy . Not really friendly staff for some... Lousy internet choice n expensive .
Staff both at the lobby and at the breakfast were unpolite. The aircondition in my room was ON but made no cold. Next time I stay at the hotel next door "TRYP"

In general unfriendly hotel staff from reception till the waiters at the breakfast . Wi-fi is super expensive : 24hrs = 24€. People let focus on costumer service!!!

Distante do centro pois Para ir a pé.Fica na parte mais moderna, mas tem metrô na rua, você pode comprar 24h de passe usar comboios e metrô por 7€. Táxi centro 23€ e uber 10€. Hotel muito confortável.
O parqueamento deveria estar incluído na diária ou ter preço mais acessível… 10€ a diária ???????? Devem fazer manutenção interna… tudo gasto ???? Mas tem uma vista espectacular e perto de tudo na Expo ????

O lado bom do hotel . Nos apartamentos do outro lado o sinal do WiFi é muito fraco e os trens da estação Oriente incomodam.
Неплохой отель , особенно если повезет жить на 13 или 14 этажах с видом на реку ....от завтрака лучше отказаться в пользу соседних кафешек, их много , там все вкусно и недорого , сильно сэкономите!!!
Комфортный отель с отличным видом на Тежу, мост и башню Васко да Гама в деловом центре Лиссабона для странствующих бизнесменов и туристов с ранним временем вылета - до аэропорта рукой подать.
Vista para o Tejo ou via férrea, camas confortáveis e decoração com design e exposição de arte no saguão. Se puder, tome o café da manhã no hotel . Caso contrário, recuse o "box" para levar: é horrível
Não esquecer de pedir quarto com vista para o rio.

Ficamos em um quarto que se ouvia o trem ou metro passar e passou a noite inteira, como tenho sono leve, não consegui dormir! E achei o café fraquinho!
