If you want any semblance of customer service use the drive thru and get away quickly. The employees here are generally incompetent and show little to no interest in being good at their jobs.

Terrible drive-thru service! Take forever to come to the window, wrong drinks, burnt sandwiches . They could learn a thing or two from the Fairfax Sbux drive-thru.

This Starbucks has gone way down hill . Every time I go, my order is messed up and the customer service is AWFUL. They never even attempt to fix what was their fault to begin with.
