This place draws crowds from all over the tri-state area and beyond. You can find some great gems for under $5. Worth a visit even if you're not an audiophile.
You pay a premium, but they have a great selection of vinyl . I've been to record shops across the country , definitely one of the best.
One of the best record stores on the east coast - definitely swing by if you're in Princeton.
Venerable shop with killer selection of vinyl , cds, and dvds. I alway leave this place happy and heavily laden.

GREAT record shop . Coming here is an event - prepare to spend at least 2 hours digging through the bins and don't come with a plan because it will be spoiled within 5 minutes!

One of the associates helped me try to find a Beatles album with just the song title. Smiled the whole time!
A MUST visit for any serious vinyl collector ! Best selection of any record store I have visited.
We want to buy your LPs, CDs and DVDs ! If you have any lying around gathering dust, give us a call or check out our web site for info.

Great to just loose yourself in the stacks searching for hidden gems
In college I spent Saturday mornings combing the used stacks at this iconic indie record store . It also buys back used CDs, DVDs, and EPs. —Leigh Belz, features director
Buy a record player just so you’ll have an excuse to come here and build a collection.
Best place to find old movies and music . I can spend hours in this place. Good customer service.
Well priced used vinyl . Plus all the new stuff
Great prices on used CD and DVD. Even used records and video games
Be patient and be willing to dig through bins but you can find some awesome deals on CDs and DVDs . Plus they actually sell vinyl
Bring cash. If you spend $150 or more, I believe, they'll give you a 6 percent discount if you pay in cash (but only 3 percent if you use a credit card).
A reasonably priced mecca for those who love music and film .
Great place to shop and be a part of.
My absolute favorite record store ever.
great place to rummage around!
I can stay there for hours. Don't go on your lunch break, you'll be late!
Old is having seen the PRE go from vinyl to CD and back to vinyl .
Every city should have a PREX.
Sell your old CDs, DVDs and vinyl to PREX. They'll give you cash or a bit more in the form of store credit.
Keep your eyes peeled for James Murphy around these parts.
Try dragging your asphalt equipment out front!!
I'm not even sure what the point of a store like this is in the age of the internet ...
Death metal, thrash metal, black metal, oh my!
There is a clerk here that looks like a broke-ass Dwight schrute.
Way disorganized. Not nearly as good as all of the reviews I read said.
I think most people that come here don't shower . The whole place smells like b.o.
Best local place around to grab coffee especially if you want to escape the generic Starbucks. - Tim C
Great baristas! Often crowded due to the downtown locale, but always able to provide the comfort of home in a cup. - JT Holderman
Great beers and decent bar food--get the soft pretzels for sure! - Larisa Grollemond
Their bread is fresh. Try the large brick oven baguette! - Michel Jansen
