Meat section has whole organic chicken from local farms ; some are just free range , antibiotics & hormone free, some are even certified humane. Very good deal if you eat about 1 Lb of meat a week.

Once I got my sandwich , it was delicious - But it took 25 minutes for them to make it. Very slow service in the cafe on weekdays at lunchtime.

You can ask the cafe to substitute salad greens in place of potato chips with your sandwich . The SBLT is my favorite!

The Powerhouse Sandwich and Curry Chicken Salad are a must try!!

The powerhouse sandwich is just a full of sprouts with absolutely no taste. My kids ordered burritos and they completely fell apart . Absolutely no care taken in wrapping them up. Never coming back.

Lately their sale prices are not updated at the register. I've had it happen two days in a row,

Organic vegetables and fruit all the time. Meat are not certified humane :-( Has a great vegan diner too.
