Be spontaneous. I dated a swell guy when I was 19, and we danced on the steps of the RVA Capitol. Best day date I'll remember forever. He made our life feel like it was 1960. <sigh>

If it's a beautiful day outside, eat lunch on the benches on the capitol grounds. It's very relaxing.
