Excellent location to study for winter finals because of their fireplaces (yes, plural) and coffee !

Go to the Starbucks on university if you want to study especially once it's cooler - they have more space and shorter lines and also two fire places!

Off the "Secret Menu ", try the captain crunch berry frap . Tastes EXACTLY like it sounds.

Grande chai latte no foam no water whole milk with a little cinnamon powder mixed in please!

A bit crowded , as you might expect. Good connection to wifi nevertheless.

Monday - Friday, try to avoid class switch if you're not a student: :50-:00 on MWF & every hour & 15 minutes starting at 9:15-9:30 on TTh.

Get the no water, no foam, no cream, no sugar, no coffee ..... Hot. It's delish
