La Colombe's Fishtown flagship is hands down the roaster's best location yet. Super spacious - it feels like you're walking into a renovated warehouse . (there's even a rum distillery in the back!)
They: “We cannot sell this beer to you ‘to-go’ (Mmmmmerica!!).”Us: “Well , then I guess we have to drink it for breakfast .” ????Long story short : Great coffee !! Definitely try the draft lattes . ????????????
The Carte Blanche is a delicious twist on an Irish Coffee , using Different Drum rum , vodka , and the Draft Latte . It can also be made in an iced variation .

This la colombe is huuuuge. They have a bakery , merchandise and brewing machines in the back so be sure to walk around the whole space.

This place is huge! Sandwiches are super yummy (especially the ratatouille pocket) and obviously the coffees great.

They don’t have WiFi available and my phone service is not great in that building and keeps losing connection so I won’t frequent the place as much as I would if they had WiFi there… it’s a bummer..
