Wow! Like a first-rate Jersey diner on steroids, only without the shiny chrome exterior! Variety of delicious meals; generous portions ; not expensive ; busy fun atmosphere . Try it you'll like it.

By far the best place in Raleigh for brunch . I hope they open more because this one is always super crowded . Try the chicken and waffles . You won’t be sorry.

The Vortex Burger has a half pound paddy and each "bun " is a grilled cheese sandwich . I recommend adding a fried egg . Unvelievably delicious.

The Vortex Burger is immense. Wut a concept ... a huge burger sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches !

Breakfast is always great, perfect sunny side up eggs everytime. French dip , cheesesteak , pot roast , pot pie , and more have all been great.
