Very slow service, uninterested staff . Kinda need to clean up to. Very understaffed.
Understaffed, dirty , got the order wrong. Going to any Costa is pretty bad, this one's the worst

Plenty of room in this busy Starbucks franchise. It’s well run, and the people working here are friendly and chatty. A good place to work, with lots of space, seats and a variety of table styles. - Shaun Weston

On a Wednesday (orange wednesday, usually big lines) get your tickets at lunch time for an evening viewing. May waste lunch break in a queue but you won't miss the film later. - Helen Ashman
