스벅 건너편, 대한극장과 탐앤탐스를 지나 자리한 곳. 등을 기댈 수 있는 폭신한 좌석에 랩탑을 사용하기에도 편리~ (이런 곳은 널리고 널렸지만서도ㅋㅋ) 달달한게 먹고싶을 때 가는 곳. 리얼브라우니 맛남~ :) 갠적으론 논현점보다 맘에 듬. 단, 주차가 불편! 차 안 가져 온 날 가는게 좋음~ ^^
