Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls

Newly renovated, very clean and not a bad spot to bargain shop. A bit pricier than before.

Though I'm not a fan of outlets the growth of this one is immense. Great new shops with great prices if you're into bargain/outlet shopping.

Washroom was under renovation & being 8 months pregnant finding a washroom was extremely annoying! Although Kate Spade Outlet , Oshkosh & Hanes has the best deals! $7 basic sweats at Hanes!

It is worth stopping here again for us cross-boarder shoppers. I found some really good deals in just under 2 hours.

For food, go to Applybee just at the edge of the outlet mall . Free wifi and escape from the busy and overpriced food at outlet foodcourt. TV and bar .

If you've come this far - check out the stores at Walden Galleria too. They have some good sales there and you can have dinner at the Cheesecake Factory ;)

Expanded great new stores with more coming soon. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Just minutes from Niagara Falls.

Arrive at least 1 hour early to find a parking spot before the mall opens. Food court is extremely small. Try the Chinese place very good!

Completely overrun with Canadians on the weekend. If you're looking for a peaceful shopping trip, try a weekday. Otherwise, look forward to lines to get into stores

Godiva Dark Chocolate Self Serve Ice Cream is a must-go-to treat to end your shopping adventures.

Ladies... No sense dragging your bored hubby behind you (unless he's paying)... Cut him some slack and arrange a place to meet up "in an hour" so he can go explore on his own! You'll both be happy!

This mall had free wifi but then they removed it! However the only store that has wifi is PAC- SUN so please thank them for providing the only hotspot in the mall !

If you have a CAA or an AAA membership go to customer service and get a discount card good for discounts off many different stores in the mall !

if you don't want your old clothes don't just throw them in the parking lot . look for donation bins inside the mall or drive them to the Salvation Army!

This outlet has some great stores. One of my faves is Tory Burch.

My favourites: Timberland and Eddie Bauer. Both have a good selection of merchandise and nice sales !

Please be conscious of what time the mall closes. The employees have things to do & we really don't want to cater to y'all after closing. Would you want us to come to your work & hang out after close?

Sale sale sale !!!! Weekend you may end up spending 30 mins to find your parking space ....

If you're from the area, go on a weekday evening to beat the insanity of canadian shoppers on the weekend!

If you're going from Canada, try to go on a weekday; it's much less crowded .

DONT BRING MORE THAN YOU WANT TO SPEND. Because you will, this place has literally got it all

Be nice to the store/food clerk and they'll be nice to you.

Please bring your Nintendo 3DS and put it in sleep mode(close the system)to get lots of streetpasses.

Come early on weekends. Literally first thing when the mall opens. Otherwise I you'll be fighting ridiculous crowds.

Tis is my prefered outlet in the American side of Niagarra Falls

Was cool back in the day but has become overcrowded with Canadians and is too hard to shop for anything that you may actually need without having to wait an hour in line

You can get the discounts without buying the savings card . Hard times mean people will do anything to make a sale.

It's mostly indoors which is good in the winter.

My fave place to visit here is Yankee Candle.
