Udon fast food service; soup base is acceptable. Good for a quick meal , no long queue. But getting a table for more than 2 would be a problem
Get a onsen tamago (ontam). Crack that bad boy open and let it slip gently into your soup !
Regular udon is a little too sweet, gets some tempura to even it out
