This is an amazing neighborhood . The crime rate is very, very low, the people are usually quite friendly , and the community is older but well kept. Feels like home, even if it isn't!
Great resort living on the water in Dobson Ranch. Great community with an HOA that rocks. People are wonderful here. Location is incredible to hop on the 60 or the 101

Best little park in Mesa. Very beautiful and fun for picnics and rolling in the grass.
This place is riddled with mosquitos during late summer, clean through to winter. Also, many people do not clean up after their dogs, so watch your step.
Really good neighborhood
No bathroom is really inconvenient for little ones! We live a like away...
Watch out for the guy that pees on the slide .
There is no gate to close so be weary that small kids and animals could run out easily!
