Quick and casual meal. Lots of variety, with seasonal offerings too. All very easily customizable. They ask you how you like your dressing (light, medium, heavy), which I think is a nice detail.

Love the spicy Sabzi, just the right amount of heat! I'm always full after eating here and always feel healthy;) packing in those greens.

The grain bowls are big enough for two meals. Pesto portobello is my fave

The food is good but quite possibly the worst customer service.

Probably the worst staff I have ever seen in a New York restaurant . They are usually shouting something at each other.  One redeeming thing is it's right next to a small park , so you can eat there. 

Service is extremely poor and slow at this location

They play the music too loud . The AC can be toned down a bit. It's too cold inside.

Staff is incompetent. Maybe because it just opened. Good casual salad chain though.
