Cedar Beach

Surfing and fishing are allowed outside of swim areas, and body boarding is welcome anywhere. The wide open space also includes a playground for the little ones, volleyball , and a beach hut grille.

The 60 beach volleyball courts are open to public use except during the week night leagues. With the Beach Hut running this may Beth's best place to play beach volleyball I the country .

Love this beach ! East End Volleyball during the week nights , the Beach Hut always has live music and their food is good. However, their bathrooms are SUPER GROSS!

The food is very good, especially when you realize that this is essentially a beach concession stand. Very good food and great atmosphere.

awesome gem of a beach the $ for parking keeps the riff raff away (mostly) over gilgo or jones per se. beautiful long expansive beaches and a bar make this my fave spot close enough to the city .

Entrance fee is pricy but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Tram takes up to 8 pass from pavilion walkway to lifeguard station for handicap, small children and elderly.

Look for seaglass! A whole new "shipment" got pushed onto the sand!

The bathroom is gross & the beach hut/raw bar seemed scary.
