Sadly I must add my complaint to the list. Ordered a black coffee and as I hit Lenox I found a milk shake with a splash of coffee in my cup. Lenox coffee saved my morning.
Friendly staff and way better than the DD in Pittsfield who's coffee somehow tastes bad and always takes forever to be served wrong.
