Beautiful hotel , amazing staff , incredible room views , a spa perfectly hidden away for an urban retreat and an amazing pool lounge area . This just may be my next stay-cation!

Everyone at the spa is fabulous! From Oliver at the front desk to Randall and Abi for facial and spa , it was a very friendly and comforting atmosphere.

This hotel is amazing and mostly due to the staff but the restaurant , pool deck (heated with music ) and fab rooms & location. Perfect mix of urban chic and functional. Best bed in the city too!

Take advantage of the complimentary wine tasting from 5-6 everyday in the lobby! Don't forget to use your yoga mat.

Nice hotel in great location. If you have a room facing the tram line you'll hear it buzzing all the time.

Staff are friendly with great recommendations of what to do, and where to eat. Location is great on 5th. Would recommend!

Formore,told us there are breakfast with only one dollar I like it as an offer When i come to hotel i found it cup of coffee and muffin not a real breakfast !Cheaters!!And dog's hair all over the room.

This property is nice, staff are friendly be warned however because they charge a $20/night “amenity” fee to everyone whether booked direct with Kimpton directly or not.

From 5pm-6pm, the hotel offers a hosted evening wine hour where you can enjoy wine at the lobby and socialize with other guests.

customer service is excellent..rooms extra clean and feel brand spanking new..so far so good! plus location couldn't be better

Pool is nice. rooms are modern and clean . glass sliding bathroom doors could do with being slightly wider!

Best hotel in Downtown San Diego. Great Bar & Lounge , Excellent Food and an Exceptional Pool Deck . Ask for Rocky at the door.

If you have a sliding bathroom door watch out, it may take out a finger.

The door is cool but strange..just go for it!

The bathroom on the mezzanine level is so crazy and weird and awesome. Go there

The music under water at the pool is epic and the bathrooms are out of hand!!!

The pool and pool bar are awesome. Warning: butt floss may be present.

The pool is heated and has underwater speakers with totally clear music and multi color changing lights!

Gotta call the front desk for ice...no machines on each level as it was originally built as an apartment building!

Free in-room wifi for In Touch members, and free wine hour from 5-6pm daily.

The front door is huge and heavy!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here.The room was dirty .I went to ask the front desk for it to be cleaned the front desk clerk was very rude.Parking is valet only an $40 a night.Wont be back
