Probably the worse tasting coffee , staff are not skilled in a decent latte . Store is a tad cool, lacking any atmosphere, go to Portivo or Corretto.

Nero has the best coffee out of all of the chains, however they still can't make a flat White and they over cooked my panini . I am crying as I type this.

Soup with ciabatta as advertised is actually a nasty bread roll instead. Also, they will suggest a flat white is the same as a latte . It isn't!

They do sugar free syrups, so you can have a tasty flavoured coffee without the guilt of sugar! My favourite is sugar free caramel latte. Yummy, and totally indulgent when you can't eat sugar! - Christina Catlin-Groves
