Excellent cuisine, great ambience and service. Try their signature Roast Pigeon with Osmanthus and Winter Melon Soup . Dim Sums are excellent too. Siew Mai , Steamed Turnip Cake n Custard Buns are tops.
Nice restaurant . Good food & service. Could improve on the quality of tea offering. Try the truffle bun (white in pic)!!
So their custard mooncake is definitely better than the Peninsula one. The crab dumpling stood out the most for me. If you get a Peninsula AMEX, u get cake + a bottle of champagne in bday month
Food: Lavish and extravagant. Dim Sum : Excellent quality. Service is good as expected. Food: 9/10, ambience 8.5/10, service 8/10, value for money 7.5/10.
Dim-sum are always delicate and delicious~don't forget to try their Chinese desserts , awesome!
Food is excellent! Quality is second to none. The only problem is that no one seems remotely interested in serving them. Apart from a few managers, the waiter team is as awake as koalas.
My top dimsum spot in town . Taro dumpling fritters and beef brisket in top broth.
Excellent service , nice dishes.
Good service and decor - food is average but worth the visit.
Everthing was perfect!!
The Char Siu is the most fabulous in HK
Crispy chicken
Moon cake from Spring Moon is nice~
The Vegetarian dumplings was pretty... But overall with the price, I prefer to go somewhere else...
the char siew is an absolute must!
I don't like their service. I asked for my bowl 3 times over the course of my meal... I am annoyed as this may not be something I expect from Peninsula
The Peking Duck is delicious!
Try the dim sum , especially the scallop siu mai . Yum.
Service is shit. Been given a table right next to the entrance initially even there are other free tables inside. Requested to change table but no one helped us. Walked away and won't come again.
Must try the cinnamon pigeon .
Love the bird nest dumplings soup
Try the Bird's Nest Dumpling Soup
Try the XO Sauce
