OMG everyone is correct, the service is always so darn slow here---grrrr
I'm from ottawa here on business. Only two cashiers on for lunch rush. And one of them has to pour the coffee herself. No helper. No wonder this place is slow
Good but it can be better
My gawd are they slow in there... No line , 3 coffee 's and a muffin ....... 20mins! Probably the reason there is no drive-thru. Go somewhere else if your time is important.
Bagels was good but service average ; got my order wrong
Some employees just don't know how to smile to their customers.
