The rooms are incredible! Amazing size, so comfy , great service and very friendly ! The layout is relaxing and the paths over the water with bridges are very relaxing
Good size pool to go with the Atlantis Health Spa . Rooms are a very good size. Buffett breakfast included with Gold is very good.
Nice room on the 6th floor, and I consider myself picky. I had a leaky faucet and toilet , which they sent someone to fix. Also yellow stains on the sheets, had to get those replaced which took a while
Great Hotel ! Running trail behind the hotel , large gym for a hotel with racquetball, classes , weights, machines, indoor/outdoor pool. Rooms are comfy and they have a good "go green" program
Location is perfect for me 50 min to Woodbury common outlet and 50 min to Manhattan, NYC.. Near my fav restaurants
They renovated the health club(in/outdr pool, exercise equipt, sauna , etc), and it's clean and beautiful! Full one-day access to the public for $15!
Steam room in the health club is very nice with hot and strong steam. Check it out.
You don't need to use your card to get to the 6th floor in the elevator . Just hit the Door Close and 6 buttons at the same time.
Nice running / walking path around a pond behind the hotel . Check it out.
Surprisingly good hotel gym and dining options. Downside - nothing to do in the area
Castle in parsippany... restaurant is not great, rooms are recently renovated, lounge is decent.
Outdated. The pictures from online make it look like a 5 Star Castle . Ground level is in nice, rooms are janky.
The hotel contracts out a car service to pick people up, depending how far it can get pricey . Morris Plains should be $20 but rate may vary!! Depends if you ask hotel or limo driver.
Come see Sir Rublon do battle with the mischievous hobgoblin every night in the pit
One of the elevators will let you onto the club level even if you dont have access. Free food on the 6th floor.
Limited food and beer menu at Tipperary Pub . Ask for the list of external restaurants .
It sucks when you try early morning checkin on Monday when the guy says no rooms available without even looking into the system and checking if am elite or not..
Rooms are OK but a decent hotel especially for the price I paid. Rooms were big.free Internet if you join their Sheraton club
Nice pools, but I don’t recommend for a stay.
The gym is real large for a hotel . Olympic weights, indoor and outdoor pool .
SPG members, do yourself a favor and register for the check in points with Foursquare and FB.
Great Hotel . I would definitely stay here again.
Ask for a fridge if you stay here for your room
The buffet SUCKS!!!
Hotel is good if somewhat overpriced, however do not step foot into the restaurant . Cold and bland food, served up by an indifferent and absent wait staff , that makes you wish you had gone elsewhere!
Stay on the Club Level , its the only way to go!
Staff are nice enough, but broken tv , ketchup that went bad, and late calls from front desk.
It's a freakin castle !
Love this place!!!
Club level is nice
HIGH priced food:not worth it!A lot of their written material for the hotel is out of date,no fridge in room, slow service, staff not very friendly .I got better amenities and service at the Hampton inn !
No internet. Dirty carpet. Beyond the castle facade, midieval experience overall.
Too crowded during Chiller!!!
Breakfast is so over priced and ended at 9
Outdated and tired. First room smelled like mildew.
Air conditioning unreliable. Hot water broke last week. Keep promising they're going to fix...nothing yet! Stay at Westin 5 miles away instead.
I hear instead of a gym they have a sweat dungeon
No wireless Internet in the room
Room 235 has a weird smell! Don't stay in it!!
ADD TIP / TO DO!
Avoid hotel bar . Terrible service and completely unappologetic.
if you a Sheraton preferred guest stay away from here you will do better at a local 2 star motel the rooms are terrible the carpet is dirty the shower does not work
Love this show but I think they need a bigger venue/ hotel to host it. - Tina Bauer
Great lobby. Free parking and very large rooms. The Executive Lounge is one of the best. Full breakfast. - Richard Revilla
Wonderful hotel, plenty of service and not expensive! - Samuel-F Parent
Staff: Great! Rooms: Great! Frequent Marriott guest and this is one of the best. Great concierge lounge. Great wine bar in the lobby. Food exceeds other Marriott's. Mike, Chin and Lauren are the best. - Darrell Deane
The servers Liam and Cesar are excellent. The food is always fresh and hot! The price is always right....if you stay on the Club Level. #Ballin!!! - Nehemiah G.
