OMG, Sooo slow for a weekday! Plus side, wasn't as cold in there as it typically is!!

If you come for lunch during the week, it's a gamble whether you get back to work on time.

Ordering online for a specific time is a waste at this location!! It's NEVER ready when it's supposed to be so you end up waiting.

Horrible service... Placed an order for carry out and was told it would be 20 minutes and waited an hour. Not apologetic about it at all either. Just lost my business.

We just walked out after being lied to about how long the wait would be. Way to lose a sale Erica! I talked to Mike the manager and was told she was mistaken.

Terrible! Chicken in my salad was inedible... Hard as a rock. How does that happen? Staff was very nice, but ugh.
