Apple St. Johns Town Center

Well … they've got the Apple Store selection and aesthetic we all know and love, but it probably shouldn't take 17 minutes to pickup an order placed online mid-week when the place is empty…

Bought a new iPhone XR. Great experience, plenty of assistance from the knowledgeable staff .

Call a 4-8 hours ahead of time to get an associate assist you in whatever you. The Apple Store is normally packed, but the help is swift and friendly once you get someone.

This store is amazing! Packed but several helpful attendants. Downloaded my iPad II into my new phone and out the door less than 10 min.

use the Apple store app to make your appointment - never disappointed and it even sends you a message when you get close to the store to ask if you want to go ahead and check in!

If you have an "appointment " get to the mall at least 15 min ahead of time to find a parking spot and walk to the store. They "cycle you out" after 5 minutes and you go to the end of the looong line .

Awesome store, super friendly , helpful employees ! I'm a long-time fan of Apple, they stand behind their products better than any other company I've ever dealt with! Thank you, Apple!

The “Genius” who assisted us was a complete ass-hat and talked down to us the whole time, while simultaneously unable to use the devices he was given to actually do the exchange process.

Their AC is not working right, so they are giving out free cold bottled water to everyone in the store. Thanks, Apple crew!

Use the Easy Pay option on the Apple Store App , to scan & checkout, while you're in the real store! AWESOME!!

Parking is horrendous. Great shops. Apple Store is there as well .

Everyone there is always so helpful! Every experience I have had at that store has been great.

Sure you can save a few bucks @ Costco or BJs, but if you go to sell your used device, you will be glad you bought it from Apple, because then you can show it wasn't stolen. Can't do that elsewhere.

Made an appt on line for the only Apple store . I've been made to move twice and still no help. Am not an Apple fan right now. And the only reason I'm here is the I O S 5 upgrade messed up my Ipod.

Don't bother stopping in at the Genius Bar unless you have a preset appointment . There are just too many customers these days!

This Apple Store by far has the worst customer service out of every Apple Store I have ever been to around to around the world. In two words - it sucks!

The only Apple store in the Jacksonville are. Staff is helpful but the place seems to always be crowded . Items are more expensive here than Best Buy, but you expect that from a specialty store .

Associates were Too busy to really help

Their awful treatment of customers coupled with their faulty products are unacceptable considering the astronomic prices this company charges. Badly done!
