Hotel 's location is very good. You can reach the Causeway Bay metro station by 5 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and have mirrors everywhere ;)Staff knows english. U can use only 15 min. wifi @the lobby

wifi connection unstable, you get poor snack @ regal club , no worth , great late check out at 6pm , perfect for night flights

Place seems not bad. Room is big enough, wifi works fine. Good choice for business trip.

very nice rooms at 32nd flr and up. Regal Royale's lobby is at 31st floor . the rooms here are suites but very affordable .

A hotel desperately needs to renovate. Everything's look so 80s!

Although it is a good location the hotel itself I barely slept. Had to pay extra for internet, there’s no plugs by the bed, decor is outdated and it smelled of cigarettes.

Staff on Executive level are very nice.

The buffet breakfast just isn't worth it. There's more variety on offer at McDonald's up the road ...

Reservation service is very bad. Have they give the training before? Very unpleasant..can't imagine how they can be hired..if not because of reservation made by client, prefer choose other hotel ..

On the suites on 31st floor there was cue to haver breakfast and it was not good. Staff not helpful

Хороший бизнес отель . Минуса заметил 2: в Январе в +15 в номере холодно, так как кондей на обогрев не работает, а центрального отопления нет. И второй день не работает Wi-Fi.

завтраки в цену не входят. И про фай-фай уточняйте, он не везде бесплатный.
