You don't want to be here around the 1st or 15th of any month. Women with 5+ kids buying two carts worth of food makes checking out so long that your frozen foods will thaw before you get home.

Great selection, terrible checkout process. Be prepared for the longest lines of any grocery store in austin.

Is crowded is mess sometimes and specially about cakes and something like that prices are high but you won't forget nice smile and behavior of staff and cashiers

Well it's big...if you like that then you're in luck. A good spot for people watching .

I changed neighborhoods and actually miss shopping here on the reg. Don't hate on the HEB Plus you guys.

I don't know what everyone is talking about, this HEB isn't that bad. A million times better than the old one, and nicer than the one on 7th and pleasant valley

A great HEB in a convenient location. If you don't like Mexicans 1. that's your problem, 2. get out of East Austin, 3. get out of Texas.

I like this HEB. not a very big frozen vegetarian section, but cashiers are fast. I never wait long. Others must justbe bad at line picking.

Great craft beer selection for a grocery store !

Agua fresca counter alone makes this HEB worthwhile. Top that, Whole Foods

Try some aguas frescas from a stand at the front of the stoor. Love me some juice .

Every time I have been to his pharmacy their system is down and the projected wait is two hours..every time ...hmmmm..every time? Yes...

If going back to stock up on produce here they have great price and deals in store!

I wish they would kick people out of the lanes who think 10 items out less is flexible by 30 items.

This is such an improvement from the old one. The staff is really nice and I never have to wait in line for too long.

I've had nothing but good service at this store. Rather shop here than Walmart.

Shop at the HEB on Oltorf and South Congress or the Whole Foods dowtown. Even though this is a new store it already feels run down.
