Cathedral of Our Lady

Built between 1352 and 1521, this UNESCO world heritage site is the largest Gothic church of the Low Countries (8000 m², length: 119 m, height: 123 m)

Gothic cathedral , built in 1351 it stands over 400 ft tall. It also houses some of Rubens ' most famous paintings . Entrance fee (2015): Adult: 6 euros

You should definitely come for a visit...A spectacular cathredal you cannot miss...If you are lucky you could watch a ceremony!

Definitely worth taking some time to look around, especially to see the 4 Rubens . But it also has other interesting artworks and really impressive stained glass .

閑散期でしたが日本人観光 客と思われる方々がチラホラと。教えられて何気なく訪れたのですがアチラコチラに日本語のパンフレットや説明が見て取れました。入場には6EURが必要ですが、教会 内に所狭しと掲げられた多くの絵画や窓という窓がすべてステンドグラス なのに圧倒されました。外から眺めたその巨大さが一番良かったかも ？
