This gym facility is top notch . equipment is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful
Best neighborhood gym there is! It’s clean , lots of options for classes and they have free childcare while you are at the gym .
If you want to release from the Monday's come to my every Monday at 5:30 pm H.I.I.T and HOLL@! class . And hour of high intensity interval training . Come in and HOLL@! at me :-)
