Lovely staff , always helpful. The ushers are very helpful and knowledgable ; just remember to arrive before your scheduled ticket time or you risk being locked out.
Arrive early as if you are late you WILL be locked out. But if in need just look for an Usher in black, they will help.
The front row of the first balcony has the best seats in the house, IMHO. Read more
