Schedule an appointment but I've seen people drop in anyway. Wear shorts/thin pants cuz you don't strip unless you're a guy then you can take off your shirt . Can't beat a $20 foot/full-body massage

Felt so good! $20 for an hour massage . You don't take off your clothes so wear comfy clothing . Don't be a Cheap-o and tip your masseuse well .
