Sheraton İstanbul Ataköy Hotel

Nice quality of serving,great numbers with awesome view and food is amazing!

Location is near to the airport ..away from the city a little bit, fast service , big rooms and clean ..amazing view front of the sea there is a mall next to the hotel .. what I hate is No Free wifi !!

you are going to enjoy sea views everywhere because the hotel is surrounded by the sea .. to me that was an amazing stay..

Very good hotel , sea view is everywhere here! Helpful staff . Marina , Galleria Mall , Coffee Shops & Restaurants are walking distance only. Since 2017 constructions around the hotel . Great location.

Best hotel near airport , great sea views as well as city views on the other side. Club level rooms are huge and well appointed with everything you need. Staff speak English and are very helpful.

Best two things about the hotel . Close to the airport and a shopping center right across the street. Rooms are also spacious and clean

I don't think I will be back, since yesterday I tried several times to explain that AC not working !They keep saying close the window! & its first time for me to open & close the AC by calling them ????

1.Receptionists are not friendly at all and distespectful. 2.Very bad rooms isolation where you can hear everything inside other rooms. 3.Internet not free 4.Gym sucks!! 5. Cafe is expensive ! & so on

Their customer relationship management is very interesting. It's like they beg us not to prefer them ever again. Which I will do so. I do not recommend this hotel in any case.

Adına yakışır bir yer ortam oldukça nezih odalar ise mükemmele yakın. Minibar ağzına kadar dolu ????????

Hakkını vermek gerek. Temiz, düzenli, iyi servis ve güzel yemekler. Ulaşım hemen yanınızda aynı zamanda.....

Restourantları çok iyi içecekler ve sunum çok iyi özel günler için yapılan etkinlikler çok iyi

Otelde düğün düşünenler için: hizmet (**personel ) konusunda gerçekten iyiydi. Her biri tüm müşterilere çok nazik, hızlı ve ilgiliydi.( Lezzet de aynı şekilde. )
