This best buy has very rude employees. They never have new things in stock so if it just came out and you want it to to Tinley Park instead. The employees there are nice and it's a better store.
If exchanging past 30 days even if their merchandise is broken they give attitude .super annoying when it wasbt even my fault !!
When picking up a "fixed" camera , make sure it is indeed fixed and not returned with new problems.
